Excellent service, gave us a window of time that they would show up and kept to it. Called ahead before showing up. Did the diagnosis, explained the problem. Luckily had the part to fix the problem, was done at the end of the same hour of showing up. 10/10 Second time I called up this company, same quality service. Showed up at the time he confirmed, sent a message ahead of time to let us know he was on the way. Fixed the issue within the hour, wires were burnt out due to the compressor overworking in order to cool down the house. Gave me estimates to those repairs if I so chose to have them done. Excellent work, I'll be calling again if I have problems with the A/C. 3rd time I called up Thoro air, coming in clutch in a bind. Found out that a swarm of ants had melted a wire head, and consequently the unit didn't work. I called right before closing time and I was able to have the job done all before 9. Great company, will call again.

I wanted to take the time and share how incredible of a job Thoro Air has done with our AC UNIT. A part was on back order since the summer through Lennox and through out the whole time the technician Andres Navarro stayed in constant contact with the AC company Lennox for about 5 months. He spent countless hours calling and trying to find an alternative part that he did have to look for but chose to since the back order part was taking so long. The level of dedication and service we received is rivaled to no other AC company I have experienced working with. Even at times while I got frustrated with the process he still provided excellent customer service and did not treat me any differently. I look forward to continue working together in the future.
